These Terms apply to your use of the Enqilo website, demo, and early access product. Enqilo is currently an early-stage service for UK trade businesses.

Early Access Status

Enqilo is not yet a fully launched SaaS platform. Features may change, be limited, or be manually supported during early access.

AI-Generated Content

Enqilo may generate lead replies, qualification questions, booking messages, quote drafts, and follow-up messages. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and approving messages, quotes, pricing, and customer communication before use.

No Guaranteed Results

Enqilo is designed to help trade businesses respond faster and follow up more consistently. We do not guarantee more bookings, increased revenue, quote acceptance, or specific business outcomes.

Quotes and Pricing

Any quote or price draft generated by Enqilo is for assistance only. Final pricing, job scope, taxes, materials, labour, insurance, and compliance remain your responsibility.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Enqilo to send spam, misleading messages, or unlawful communications.
• Do not enter information you do not have permission to use.
• Do not rely on the demo as a substitute for professional judgement.

Payments

If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing, trials, refunds, and cancellations will be explained at checkout or in a separate subscription agreement.
