Enqilo is an early access product for UK trade businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect, how it may be used, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
When you request early access or contact us, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, trade, service area, postcode, and any details you choose to provide about your business or enquiries.
If you use the demo, information entered into the demo may be saved locally in your browser. In this MVP, demo data is not sent to a production database unless a backend is later connected.
How We Use Information
- To respond to early access requests and customer queries.
- To understand which trade businesses are interested in Enqilo.
- To improve the product, messaging, and onboarding process.
- To provide product updates if you have requested early access.
AI and Customer Data
Enqilo may use AI services to draft lead replies, qualification questions, booking messages, quote drafts, and follow-up messages. Users should review AI-generated content before sending it to customers.
Sharing Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted service providers for hosting, forms, email, analytics, payments, database storage, and AI processing when the product is connected to live services.
Data Retention
We keep early access and contact information only for as long as needed to respond, provide updates, operate the product, or meet legal obligations.
Your Rights
If you are based in the UK, you may have rights under UK GDPR, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information.
